When I arrive at your home, I don't just bring sleep expertise. I bring calm. I bring 18 years of Norland training. And I bring a genuine commitment to your family's wellbeing that goes well beyond the job.

One hour before your child's bedtime on the first night, so we can settle in gently and your little one has time to feel comfortable.

What happens on the first night?

I arrive about a few hour before your child’s usual bedtime so we have time to settle in gently and your little one can get used to me before the evening begins. You will do bedtime so that i can watch and then we’ll go through the plan together, talk through anything you want to adjust, and then I take over for the night. You go to bed. I handle everything.

Will I hear what’s happening overnight?

That’s entirely up to you. Some parents want a brief morning debrief, others want me to send a short note if anything significant happens. We agree that at the start. What I won’t do is wake you unless there is a genuine reason to, the whole point is that you sleep.

How many nights do you recommend?

The minimum is three nights, which gives enough consistency to begin building a real pattern. Most families see the strongest results over five to seven nights. For more complex situations, twins, significant sleep associations, or families who want a more gradual approach, longer can be beneficial. We’ll discuss what’s right for your child on the discovery call.

Where do you stay overnight?

Wherever works best for your household. I’m happy to sleep in a spare room, a guest space, little one’s  room or wherever you have available. I’ll always be close enough to respond to your child immediately, and I’m completely self-sufficient, I won’t need anything from you overnight.

We have a nanny or other household staff. Will that be a problem?

Not at all. I’m experienced in working alongside nannies, maternity nurses, and wider household teams. I integrate quietly and professionally, follow any household routines that are already in place, and adapt around whoever else is involved. Discretion and respect for existing dynamics is part of how I work.

How far do you travel for in-person support?

I cover Home Counties, and surrounding areas. For families further afield within the UK or internationally, travel is absolutely possible, we’ll discuss costs and logistics on the discovery call. I’ve worked with families internationally and travel is never a barrier for the right family.

What support is included after you leave?

Thirty days of follow-on support via WhatsApp and weekly check-in calls. Sleep doesn’t always stay perfect the moment I leave, and I want to make sure your family is set up for the long term, not just while I’m there. If something wobbles in those 30 days, we deal with it together.
